Multifamily Buildings

Introduction

Georgia’s Home Energy Rebates are now available for Multifamily Buildings.

Building owners can explore a variety of home efficiency measures across two pathways:

  • Home Efficiency Rebates (HER): comprehensive, whole building energy efficiency upgrades.
  • Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR): select energy efficient appliance purchases and independent envelop upgrades.
