HEAR Program Update

The HEAR program is currently paused and not accepting new applications; however, it will reopen in October 2026 with limited measures for single-family* applicants.  Under the revised HEAR program, single-family* applicants will only be able to receive rebates for electrical wiring and panel upgrades in conjunction with an eligible HER project.
