HEAR Program Updates

As of August 14, 2026, the HEAR program is paused and not accepting new applications. The HEAR program will be reopening with a limited amount of funding in October 2026. Under the revised HEAR program, applicants will only be able to receive rebates for electrical wiring and panel upgrades in conjunction with an eligible HER project.

All rebate applications submitted are subject to the availability of program funds. Please continue to check the program website for additional details. For existing projects with approved reservations, please direct any questions to the Contact Center at (877) 348-5237.
